Postdoctoral Position – Columbia University

The Cardiovascular Research Laboratory directed by Dr Giovanni Ferrari is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team and work on an a recently renewed NIH-supported research project on the role of Serotonin signaling in Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease. This project will focus on human-derived specimens and small and large animal models of heart valve disease. Main areas of investigation are: cell physiology, cell signaling, mechano-biology, and pharmaco-genomics.
