Two postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr Giovanni Ferrari at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, New York City, New York, USA

The Ferrari Laboratory is focused on the molecular mechanisms of heart valve and myocardial diseases as well as on the blood-material interface of implantable biomaterials. Our research activity encompasses Cellular and Molecular Biology, Biomechanics, Material Science, Surgical Science, Brain-Heart axis, and Bioengineering.

Applications are invited for two 3-year postdoctoral positions. We are accepting applications from talented candidates with Ph.D. (or MD/Ph.D.) in molecular biology, cell biology, and bioengineering. Experience with cardiovascular disease is desirable.
